What an incredible city! Busy! Busy! Busy! Amazing destination for many people from all over the globe! Asian, American, Indian, European, Austrailian...all trapsing the same streets! Intersecting and interacting as one cosmopolitan community! What a beautiful picture of God's creativity and beauty!
We enjoyed walking the city today and I DO mean walking the city! Kristen was leading the way and teaching and training me as we went. Which tram to take, which street to cross, which subway goes to the Peak! Don't forget to buy water! Drink it! Don't forget to put money on the Octupus cards at the airport because that is the easiest and fastest way! Don't forget that they only take cash! Purchase the subway tickets to Kowloon Station. Lots to remember...lots of details!
Challenging, YES! Exciting, Absolutely! Kristen knows Hong Kong like the back of her hand! Who better to train an apprentice! First time last summer I just watched. Today I was practicing remembering! The more training the better so that I can be ready when the time comes!
We traveled to the Stanley Market so that we could take the team there. Then on to Victoria's Peak to witness the spectacular view of Hong Kong Harbor! It is the best 360 degree view! Absolutely breathtaking! What a creative God to have formed such resourceful and creative people who could have constructed such a structure on the peak of a hilltop!
Late dinner, who can think of eating when there is so much to see and learn! Now time to rest so that we will be ready to check out in the morning, board the ferry and meet the rest of the team for the second leg of this amazing adventure!
Thanks for your prayers! We are excited and encouraged! Praise God for a glorious day!

Happy for you. I love HK too. Miss you and love you. Gary
